All companies, businesses and societies in Singapore must have a registered office address before they can register their companies/businesses/societies. P.O. Box addresses are not allowed.

For company/business image and convenience, WBA provide registered office address service in Singapore`s CBD at extremely low cost (from as low as S$14.17/mth).

Upon your successful subscription, WBA customer service will email you your account details.

NOTE:

*Mail Forwarding – Prepaid postage of S$20 required. Each letter (standard size & weight mail) is charged at S$0.60/letter (inclusive of postage stamp). Non-standard mail shall be charge at postage fee plus S$0.35 (being labels & handling fee). If visit to the Post Office counter is required (i.e. sending registered articles, bulky mails, etc.), handling fee of S$10 shall apply. Balance sum will be refunded upon termination of services. To be topped up when balance falls below S$5.

1. This service, as the name suggest, is subscribed for use in ACRA`s records (or other authorities/agencies/boards) for the purpose of compliance
2. It shall remain payable as long as it is in the records of ACRA (or other authorities/agencies/boards)
3. It Does NOT requires your business to be active, profitable or mails to be delivered here for the service fee to be applicable & payable
4. This service is per company/business entity per account basis
5. For termination of service to be valid & effective, the provided address must be removed from the records of ACRA (or other authorities/agencies/boards)
6. Service fee paid in advance is non refundable therefore please select the service package that best suit your needs.
7. Not to be use for advertisements and marketing materials
